The head of the Ministry of National defence reiterated that the concept of European atomic deterrence presented by France is not a competition for the capabilities of NATO and the United States, but a complement to them. According to him, the Ottawa Convention on the Prohibition of Anti-Personnel Mines, from which Poland withdrew in February, should no longer apply to anyone.
