The head of the MON reiterated that France's concept of European atomic deterrence is not a competition for NATO and US capabilities, but a complement to them. According to him, the Ottawa Convention on the Prohibition of Anti-personnel Mines, from which Poland appeared in February, should no longer apply to anyone.
