PiS against the resolution on the East Shield. Kaczyński comments

The European Parliament resolution on strengthening the European Union's defence "is another example, after the last opinion of the European Court of Justice, undermining the primacy of the Polish constitution over European law, of the EU interfering in the competences of the associate states without a basis in the treaties," assessed PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński. Politicians of his organization on Wednesday voted to reject the paper recognising the east Shield as a flagship task for common EU security.
