Peace terms in Russian: Kyiv to quit territories

The head of the Russian abroad Intelligence Service, Sergei Naryshkin, presented the conditions for concluding a peace agreement between Ukraine and Russia, which is illegally and brutally attacking it. This is Kiev's renunciation of 4 regions occupied by the aggressor and annexed Crimea.
