Panic in the Black Sea. Russians mobilize dolphins

Russia has decided to double the number of “military” dolphins utilized to patrol the naval base in Sevastopol. So far, this has most likely been done by stealing mammals from a Crimean dolphinarium. But very shortly the Russian Navy may begin a mobilization hunt for dolphins in the Black Sea.
