There have been at least 2 Ukrainian attacks on the Russian strategical aviation base in fresh weeks. The harm was mainly caused by Tu-95 bombers of unknown versions. Why could a simplification in their fleet affect Russia's ability to carry out attacks? And why are the Russians utilizing these elderly, sometimes ridiculed by mainstream constructions?
