Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek assessed that the latest decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union are also step towards restoring the regulation of law and restoring the appropriate function of the ultimate Court. He expressed his opinion after Thursday's judgments of the CJEU and the position presented by the Advocate General of the Court.
