Acute positions following the judgement of the Constitutional Tribunal and the Ministry of Justice in the dispute

On Wednesday, the president of the ultimate Court, Zbigniew Kapiński, assessed that the June Constitutional Court ruling, challenging the request for a countersignate of the Prime Minister in the effectiveness of presidential decisions concerning the cast of certain positions in the ultimate Court, could aid to settle the situation in the ultimate Court.
