Judges' declarations of assets have disappeared from the Internet. The First president of the ultimate Court explains the decision and points out that the judgments of the Constitutional Tribunal are valid without publication

The ultimate Court has removed the financial declarations of judges from its website. The First president of the ultimate Court, Zbigniew Kapiński, justifies this decision with the judgement of the Constitutional Tribunal and at the same time argues that the rulings of the Constitutional Tribunal are valid even without publication in the diary of Laws. This position is contrary to the assessment of the Ministry of Justice.
