The ultimate Court removed judges' property statements from its website. The first president of SN Zbigniew Kapiński justifies this decision by a judgement of the Constitutional Court and at the same time convinces that the decisions of the Constitutional Court apply even without publication in the authoritative diary of the Acts. This position is contrary to the Ministry of Justice's assessment.
