The ultimate Court has dismissed the Confederation's complaint against the PKW's decision, which means that the organization will lose its subsidy from the budget. As the head of its parliamentary club, Grzegorz Płaczek, declares, regardless of the court's decision, the Confederation will proceed to fight for its demands - with or without the support of subvention money. According to the PKW, the Confederation has taken benefits worth about 47 1000 zlotys in violation of the law.
