Maneuvers or show? Why does the Polish Army train? [COMMENT]

Incomplete equipment of the training soldiers, deficiency of camouflage, mobile phones, deficiency of dynamics, unrealistic scenarios, bad and badly positioned shields and old military vehicles: these are just any of the impressions that observers had while following what is happening on Polish coastal training grounds. It looks as if the Polish Army is preparing for a war that has already been, and not for the 1 that will be in the future.
