Law and Justice MP Antoni Macierewicz announced on Thursday that he had submitted a notification to the prosecutor's office about committing a crime by the head and deputy head of the Ministry of National Defense, in connection with the squad established at the Ministry of National defence to analyse the activities of the alleged Smolensk subcommittee. In his opinion, the materials of the subcommittee were illegally seized.
