Law and Justice MP Antoni Macierewicz announced on Thursday that he had submitted a notification to the prosecutor's office about the commission of a crime by the head and deputy head of the Ministry of National Defense, in connection with the appointed squad investigating the activities of the Smolensk subcommittee. In his opinion, the materials of the subcommittee were illegally seized. "Nobody has broken any law, it has been explained many times in the Sejm," said Miłosz Motyka from the Polish People's organization on Thursday. At the beginning of November, Cezary Tomczyk responded to the same accusations.
