Report of the Ministry of National defence on the Smolensk subcommittee. Macierewicz notifies the prosecutor's office

- The squad of Mr. Kosiniak-Kamysz and Minister Tomczyk broke the law by taking over the materials of the subcommittee. (...) According to the law, he should have obtained the consent of the territory Military Court in Poznań, but he did not do so. In this case, present I have filed a motion to prosecute these criminals - Antoni Macierewicz informed on Thursday. As he explained, the current leadership of the Ministry of National Defense, reaching for the findings of its subcommittee, violated the Act on the Aviation Law.
