The European Commission is suing Poland to the TEU. 2 regions blacklisted

The European Commission informed on Friday that a complaint had been brought against Poland to the EU Court of Justice for exceeding the level of nitrogen dioxide (NO2) laid down in the Air Quality Directive. According to the EC, the NO2 levels in the Krakow and advanced Silesian agglomerations have been besides advanced for respective years.
