PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński was to appear as a witness to the prosecution on Wednesday (15 October). The case is about the envelope election. However, as the spokesperson of the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw, Piotr Antoni Skiba, the policy proceeding was postponed to Wednesday, October 22.
