Kaczyński was to violate physical immunity. It's the court's decision

On Thursday, the territory Court for Warsaw Śródmieście dismissed the case against PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński for violating physical immunity. The ruling is not final. Komosa announced an appeal to a higher court.
