National Cybersecurity Act adopted in the Senate. Now it's up to the president

The legislature adopted the amendment of the National Cybersecurity strategy Act without amendment on Wednesday. The paper implements the EU NIS 2 and alleged Toolbox 5G directive in Poland, introducing, among others, a procedure for the designation of a high-risk supplier and fresh obligations for companies from key sectors. Now the bill goes to the president.
