Over 100 1000 PLN of penalties for drawing water from its own well

This punishment was given to a farmer who exceeded the regular water intake limit from the well to water his livestock. The sanction was imposed as a consequence of a control carried out by the Provincial Environmental Protection Inspectorate. The case was dealt with by Ms Alicja Lepkowska-Gołas, who applied for a gathering of the Committee on Agriculture.
