Suggestive engraving
The incidental took place after 10 p.m. erstwhile the PiS delegation wanted to lay flowers in front of the Smolensk monument. On the wreath left by activists was a inscription accusing the president of Poland Lech Kaczyński of being liable for the plane crash. The full text contained in the engraving was:
Memory of 95 victims of Lech Kaczyński, who, ignoring all procedures, ordered pilots to land in Smolensk under highly hard conditions. remainder in peace. Polish Nation.
The inscription on the wreath, as with erstwhile incidents, did not like Jarosław Kaczyński, who tried to dismantle the controversial installation. 1 safety officer addressed the president of PiS, expressing his hope that he was not going to do any criminal activity.
