A non-judge forbade Komos to propose that Lech Kaczyński contributed to the Smolensk catastrophe

In the trial that the PiS leader brought against Zbigniew Komosa, the non-judge issued a verdict without proceeding the parties, rejecting the defendants' motions, and taking into account those of Kaczyński. Komosa is prohibited from publically suggesting that Lech Kaczyński contributed to the Smolensk catastrophe.
