President Andrzej Duda stripped Jolanta Langa of the Silver Cross of Merit. This award was given in 1997. According to the Institute of National Memory, in the 1980s Jolanta Lange and her husband took part in the surveillance of Fr Franciszek Blachnicki, the founder of the Light-Life Movement.
