Pilotage alternatively of banning the sale of alcohol, brawl and resignation of vice president

During the Thursday session, the councillors decided not to sale alcohol at night. The president of the capital withdrew from the task of introducing Prohibition throughout the city. Instead, the Council adopted a position on a pilot task to ban alcohol sales only in Downtown and Prague-North.
