The territory Attorney's Office in Ostrołęka has initiated an investigation into overexecution of powers in order to accomplish an asset or individual benefit by CBA officers. This has to do with monitoring Pegasus of Roman Giertych's telephone and tv announcing the Republic of "Tusk's tape" and then revealing Giertych's conversation with Donald Tuski of 2019.
