ISW: Russia uses Starlinks. Russian drones may scope Poland

The Russian military is increasingly utilizing the Starlink strategy to extend the scope of BM-35 strike drones, the U.S.-based think tank Institute for the survey of War (ISW) reported, noting that the drones could scope Poland, among another countries. The Ukrainian defence minister besides addressed the issue.
