New client for Russian jet

Rumors have been circulating in the aviation manufacture for any time about Ethiopia's acquisition of [Yak-130s](https://defence24.pl/sily-zbrojne/12-maszyn-jak-130-na-bialorusi-zastapia-su-25-wideo), as well as six Su-35 fighter jets. While the second deal has yet to be confirmed, a Yak-130 in the country's colors was unveiled at the Aviation Expo 2026 show at the Ethiopian Air Force's central base in Bishoft in January. Addis Ababa could order up to 10 specified aircraft. Last year up to 4 could have been handed over to the Ethiopians.
