Iran's Arms Industry

The muslim Republic of Iran has been striving for years to accomplish the highest possible independency in the economical improvement of its country and, above all, in ensuring its advanced military possible despite a number of sanctions imposed on the country by the United States, the UN or the EU (and respective another countries). Tehran, based mainly on its own material and technological resources, is able to supply its own Armed Forces (SZ) with the essential equipment, but besides creates conditions for the export of armaments and military equipment.
