GDOŚ appealed to the Provincial Administrative Court against the environmental decision regarding the atomic power plant

The General manager for Environmental Protection announced on Monday that a complaint against the environmental decision of GDOŚ from January this year had been submitted to the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw. The Ministry of Climate assured that this does not suspend investment in the first atomic power plant.
