Forced evacuation of civilians. Tense situation on the Sumy region border with Russia

Authorities in the Sumy region in northeastern Ukraine have decided to forcibly evacuate civilians from towns along the way to Sudha, in Russia's Kursk region, from where Ukrainian forces are withdrawing more than 7 months after seizing parts of the region.
