Fear to fear the state without a large date. Without fresh technologies there will be no improvement of Poland [Jagielloński Club]

We fear an omniscient Leviathan who records all blink we blink. Many movements of the Polish state in the area of fresh e-services or data analysis meet with fear. However, we should be afraid not of gigaalgorithm, but of technological backwardness, through which Poland will miss the historical window of opportunity. Addressing this problem, paradoxically, will prevent the uprising of a Leviathan who controls us.
