European Union countries agree on assistance for Ukraine

The European Union countries have agreed to supply financial support for Ukraine in the amount of 90 billion euros. This is simply a breakthrough, although not the last step on the way to disbursing aid to Kyiv at the beginning of the second quarter, erstwhile Ukraine runs out of money.
