Trump on Putin: "he kept his word"

"It was from Sunday to Sunday, it ended, last night he hit them hard (...) That's a lot... 1 week... We're going to take everything due to the fact that it's truly cold there (in Ukraine)," Trump said. However, he stated that Putin "kept his word" and allegedly spared the Ukrainian energy sector and the capital of the country for a week.
