Europe must produce 5 times more weapons to face Russia

Russian armory produces more weapons than in full industries of Poland, Germany, large Britain and France. However, we are not sitting idle: we already have funding, now we request to translate this into circumstantial military capabilities. The function of manufacture is crucial, as assessed by Breugla and IfW experts.
