Emirates Launches Courier Express

The new express courier service has already transported thousands of packages from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, South Africa, and the UK during its pilot phase, achieving average delivery times under 48 hours.

Unlike traditional cross-border delivery services that operate on hub-and-spoke models requiring multiple stops, Emirates Courier Express functions like passenger travel—sending packages directly from origin to destination.

This direct approach significantly reduces transit time and package handling while offering customers competitive advantages.

The service utilizes Emirates’ fleet of over 250 widebody passenger and freighter aircraft, complemented by an integrated network of partners handling customs clearance and first/last mile transportation. This infrastructure integration allows Emirates to manage seasonal volume fluctuations while maintaining cost stability for customers.
