Dispute over fresh Constitutional Tribunal judges. Prime Minister on utilizing "all available means"

The Constitutional Tribunal must be supplemented with judges elected by the Sejm, whether individual likes it or not, Prime Minister Donald Tusk said on Friday. He announced that this will be enforced "by all available means".
