The Constitutional Court of Liechtenstein dismissed Zygmunt Solorz's complaint against the final judgement of the Court of Appeal of December 2025. That ruling had already settled the dispute and remained effective. The current decision exhausts the last available avenue of appeal and definitively closes the case of succession in the foundations controlling Polsat Plus Group.
