Poland, like most European countries, is facing 1 of the lowest fertility rates in the world. It is not just a social issue — it is simply a fundamental challenge for the future of the economy, the labour market, the pension strategy and business development.
During the meeting, we will effort to answer the key questions:

Who is liable for the childhood — the state alone or the employer and society?
How do work culture and business strategies influence household decisions?
Can migration compensate for population decline?
What function will artificial intelligence play in the future of the labour market?
