Are the rulings of delegated judges at risk?

Is the fact of a justice being delegated by the Minister of Justice to adjudicate in a higher court a reason to overturn a judgement issued by them? Does specified a delegation affect the independency of the judge? This is the essence of a legal question to which the ultimate Court will search an answer.
