President Andrzej Duda said on Thursday in Davos that there could be no "anyone asking" Vladimir Putin to sit at the negotiating table. He stressed that Russia cannot be allowed to win the war in Ukraine, and Kiev must be at the negotiating table on the conclusion of a possible peace.
