X/ @pisorgplThere has been an open dispute in the public space between the leadership of the Law and Justice and the policies of the improvement Plus Association against the background of the regulation of the cryptoactive marketplace and the investigation into the fallen Zondacrypto stock exchange.
The discussion was started by PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński, publishing on platform X an entry hitting erstwhile Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki along with an archival recording from Radio ZET, in which the then head of government opposed the complete ban on trading digital assets:
“I wonder how rapidly any people change masks. I spoke about the ban on cryptocurrency in Poland many times in person, and what is more, I initiated a bill on this matter. As for the skepticism of Mateusz Morawiecki towards this market, from our meetings as a live memory of him. Just to be clear, neither is optimism. And here is the saying."
In response, the leader of the Association improvement Plus published a photograph of Jarosław Kaczyński with fellow associate Michał Moskal, referring to the information revealed by Virtual Poland and TVN24 about last year's gathering of policy in Ibiza with the erstwhile president of the Industrial Kralem Stock Exchange, who was wanted by law enforcement authorities, and subsequent support for the platform of amendments in Parliament:
"This is not your biggest problem with cryptocurrency today, Mr President."

Member of PiS Przemysław Czarnek addressed the polemics and earlier press conference of Mateusz Morawiecki and Waldemar Buda during a gathering with voters in Podkarpackie Voivodeship:
"What Mateusz Morawiecki and Waldemar Buda did at a press conference under the Sejm, and then what Mateusz Morawiecki did in consequence to the tweet of president Jarosław Kaczyński, is an amazing contraction. It is the fall of this man and his crew.”
The Law and Justice politician besides presented an assessment of the recently formed formation's situation and its impact on future parliamentary elections:
"These people, knowing that they have 4% of support at the start – this is real information, this is confirmed by our interior investigation – are completely below the line. They're so desperate that they can throw mud on us today. This means a large problem with the right taking over of power in 2027."
