Americans are losing trust in AI companies. The poll results make you think

Artificial intelligence was expected to be a technological race, in which the pace was primarily important. The latest Reuters/Ipsos poll shows, however, that more and more Americans fear where this race can lead. The vast majority of respondents believe that companies developing AI are not doing adequate to reduce risks, and more than half are in favour of slowing down work on this technology.
