The military must be apolitical – it is simply a rule which stems from the fundamental assumptions of the service. However, due to the improvement of information sources and "political wars", the hazard of polarisation and divisions among soldiers is increasing. A proverbial “petrol added to fire” can be military television, giving politicized content and interpartisan disputes. It's a threat that should not be underestimated.
