OBSERVATIONS OF THE MRLs OF POLISH APEL AT C. BROADNOVA - a report

14. The celebrations of the National Day of Memory of the Cursed–Unbreakable Soldiers at the Memorial of Political Prisoners executed, murdered in 1944-1956 at the Brodnowski Cemetery, 45 N office in Warsaw on 2 March 2025, were organized by the Association of Solidarnia 2010 in addition to the Polish Army typical Regiment under the command of Lieutenant Artur Rosner of the Polish Army.
The solemn ceremony at the Memorial of Political Prisoners executed, murdered in 1944-1956 was attended by guests of authoritative and representatives of social organizations and reconstructors from Tow. Historical Reconstruction of Poland Fighting and Stow. Historical Group "Radosław".
Guests were present at the Memorial Appeal:
• The prelate of His Holiness priest Jan Sikorski, a chaplain interned in 1981 in Białołęka in Warsaw, a priest to whom we owe the continuation of the mass for his homeland after the execution of Fr Jerzy Popiełuszko, chaplain of the Solidarity Region of Mazovia,
• the nephews of Colonel Lucjan "Janczar" Szymanski - Tomasz and Łukasz Szymanski,
• a delegation of councillors writing the Targówków territory [Mark Waszczyk, Andrzej Dąbrowski, Andrzej Bitel],
• worker of the Museum of Cursed Soldiers and Political Prisoners of the Polish People's Republic and typical of the independency Formation - Agnieszka Hałaburdzin – Rutkowska,
• Delegation of Families of the Deceased and Murdered Non-violent Soldiers from the Przasny region and the Committee for the Construction of a Monument to the Victims of Communism in Przasnysz,
• representatives of the Action of the Catholic Cathedral of St. Florian of Warsaw Prague
• Legia Warszawa fans from Przasnysz.
and organizers of the ceremony - representatives of the Warsaw Solidarity Association 2010: Hanna Dobrowolska, Maciej Skarżewski and Grzegorz Kutermankiewicz, who filmed the event as all year.
During the ceremony, we listened to brief speeches.
As the first - Agnieszka Hałaburdzin-Rutkowska from the Museum of Cursed Soldiers and Political Prisoners of the Polish People's Republic, who quoted a letter written to her boy by Łukasz Ciepliński ps. "Plow" from UB executionery moments before her death. This flu was created on death row at Rakowiecka on 7 January 1951.
:“Andrzejek! Love God and be a believer Catholic. However, effort to learn his will, accept it as truth, and carry it out in life. Love Poland and keep its good in head forever. She must take the right place in the planet and gain the prosperity and happiness of all citizens. Love and obey parent – Your Guardian Angel, who dreams, prays and lives you and your happiness. Give her kindness for herself and for me. You gotta educate your mind, get broad news. Learn hard. What is noble and large – accept what is shallow and wicked – reject. Do not neglect physical culture either. wellness is needed in life. With your love of ideals, work, perseverance, and dedication, you must have the right position to be able to accomplish the objectives mentioned above. Be modest, polite, and good to your neighbour always keep in mind.
See, Son, with Mommy we have always prayed that you may grow up to the glory of Christ's idea, for the benefit of our homeland and for our comfort. I wanted to service you with my experience. Unfortunately, that may be my last words to you. In these days, I am to be murdered by the communists for pursuing the ideals I give you in my will. My life will be told by Mommy, who knows me best. In this hard time of life for me, knowing that my sacrifice will not go for nothing that unfulfilled dreams and dreams will not close an unknown grave, but that you will carry it out is simply a large happiness to me. I will die in religion that you will not let down the hope of the people in you. I hold you to my heart and bless you. God bless you. Luke’.
Then Dr. Wojciech Łukaszewski from the Society of Friends of Przasny Land, The president of the Committee on Construction of the Monument to the Victims of Communism gave a brief lecture on the causes of the anti-communist uprising in Poland after 1944.
With curiosity, we listened to the nephews of Colonel Lucjan "Janczar" Szymanski, who reminded the figure of the Hero, their uncle, arrested on 23.12.1944 by Joseph Light. Isaac Fleischfarb] and murdered in the Prague execution home alleged "Toledo" 5.03.1945. His underground soldiers were celebrated for their action to retrieve the German prototype V2 rocket and send it to the Allied in London. His remains have not yet been found. They called for the continuation of a steadfast tradition of faithfulness to the ideals of the Cursed Soldiers in our regular lives in the young generation.
The word of pastoral reflection was given and prayer for the Souls of the Murdered led by Fr Jan Sikorski.
Then the solemn Appeal of Memory on behalf of the Polish Army was read by Mr Artur Rosner. The names of the heroes of the anti-communist underground were read up...
The salwa honorowa and the military trumpet "Sleep, buddy" sounded profoundly.
The wreaths and bundles laid by the delegations covered the site of the secret burials of the soldiers cursed at the ft of the monument with a flower carpet.
The celebration ended with the recitation of Stanisław Balinski's last verse - Poland Underground, a poet who left Homeland after the 1939 attack on Poland and died of emigration in London in 1984.
