One of the causes of major losses in the war in Ukraine is the abandonment of the usage of military camouflage and masking on Russian vehicles. Meanwhile, investigation and combat experience have shown that adequate quality camouflage cover and camouflage painting make it hard to detect tanks, transporters and BWP, importantly expanding their safety. Fortunately, this dependence was noted in NATO, including the Armed Forces of Poland.
