Biden Blocked Takeover. There's a suit from a Major Corporation

Japanese steelmaker Nippon Steel has filed a suit in national court seeking to overturn president Joe Biden’s decision to block its nearly $15 billion acquisition of U.S. Steel. In addition, both companies have sued rival Cleveland-Cliffs for actions that led to the merger being blocked.
