The US regulator approved a $8 billion bid to be taken over by Skydance Media from Paramount, the owner of MTV, Comedy Central and the American CBS. This gives the green light to change the ownership structure of 1 of the 3 largest American stations. Paramount's future owner agreed not to implement DEI policy programs due to the fact that these are unthinkable to US president Donald Trump.
