Mercosur, the weakness of abroad policy in Poland

On the day this text appears, the European Parliament will vote in Strasbourg on the EU agreement with Mercosur. The case seems to be settled, since in 4 days the German head of the European Commission Ursula Gertrude von der Leyen is to solemnly sign this intercontinental "deal" in Brazil. If that happens, it will be a symptom of a fewer things.
