Chancellor Friedrich Merz restored Germany and Europe to a diplomatic game about Ukraine – they note the German media after the Berlin summit on Tuesday. However, their assessment, although undoubtedly revived the hope of a "Christmas miracle of ceasefire", is inactive not to be trusted by Donald Trump's people.
