Adam Bodnar Issues Guidelines for Prosecutors: "They Don't Change the Law"

Adam Bodnar has issued fresh guidelines for prosecutors. According to them, they have the right to request the exclusion of judges appointed to the ultimate Court at the request of - as reported in the press release - the alleged neo-KRS. The spokeswoman for the General Prosecutor's Office emphasized that the guidelines are not an order, do not change the law, and are only to service to "shape the model of prosecutors' activity."
