New guidelines from Adam Bodnar. Prosecutors can apply for exclusion of neo-judges

Prosecutors have the right to request the exclusion of judges appointed to the ultimate Court at the request of the alleged neo-KRS - this is 1 of the guidelines of the Minister of Justice, Prosecutor General Adam Bodnar. The guidelines "are to service to form the model of prosecutors' activity in specified situations", but are not in the nature of an order - explains the spokeswoman for the Prosecutor General, Anna Adamiak.
