A lonely island in the Subcarpathian region. This is where Rafał Trzaskowski won

Karol Nawrocki won the first circular of the presidential election in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, gaining almost 43 percent of votes. Rafał Trzaskowski took second place, with a consequence of 17.9 percent. On the another hand, in 2 Podkarpackie municipalities - Cisna and Komańcza - it was the KO candidate who defeated the head of the Institute of National Remembrance.
